| JOB SENDER In the Job Sender section any user, listed with personal access and password, can send, through immaginiamo.com, any kind of file (text, images, sound) to anybody else registered for this service. The Job Sender compresses data and encrypts files before sending them. Finally, an email is sent to inform both sending and receiving parties of the succesful data transmission. | ON LINE APPROVAL AND CORRECTIONS This system allows anybody with proper access to check and modify any file in real time. Users can exchange files to then correct, approve, and re-send them to their respective destinations. Or, with a specific work flow one can direct them to their publishers, customers, press services, printers etc. |
| DATA BANK Any user can have a personal data bank of texts, images and audio files on the immaginiamo.com server. A very flexible software, it allows the user to customize his data bank so there are no major functional changes with current storage systems. The data bank can catalogue any type of file (images, layouts or complete jobs), offering the possibility to recover the original job at any time for subsequent use. For all users it will eventually be possible to sell and buy the images located on the Immaginiamo server (e-commerce). |
| JOB TRACKING Job Tracking allows users the option to monitor the step by step progress of any job (given proper access) at any time. Particularly, one can verify whether a job has been received, if it has been started, and if it has been completed or rejected. |
| MASTER LAY-OUT This service, yet to be completed, will offer the possibility to monitor the progress of one’s publication on-line. Functioning as an on-line master lay-out one can define the position of each chapter or spread, understand what pages are still missing and need to be completed, see what ad spaces are still available, and know whether images/texts are properly represented. Any adjustments made (authorized users only) will immediately be visible to all other users. This master lay-out can later be printed or sent automatically - through immaginiamo.com - to the client or printer in order to ensure a proper print sequence. |
